Building Surveyor
Neil Wilson Group is seeking a full-time remote Building Surveyor to carry out building condition surveys, provide detailed reports, and deliver tailored recommendations for clients.
The role requires ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while supporting projects from inspection through to delivery. Candidates should have strong surveying expertise, experience in feasibility studies, contract management, and dilapidations, alongside excellent communication and reporting skills.
Professional qualifications (e.g., RICS) and a degree in Building Surveying or a related field are preferred but not required.

Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Building Surveyor. The Building Surveyor will be responsible for conducting building condition surveys. The role will involve detailed on-site inspections, drafting reports, and developing recommendations for clients based on findings. The surveyor will ensure compliance with regulatory standards and client requirements throughout all phases of project delivery.
Qualifications
- Building Surveying and Condition Surveys skills
- Experience in conducting Feasibility Studies
- Contract Management skills
- Dilapidations assessment skills
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., RICS)
- Experience in the property or construction industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Building Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
