Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Building Surveyor. The Building Surveyor will be responsible for conducting building condition surveys. The role will involve detailed on-site inspections, drafting reports, and developing recommendations for clients based on findings. The surveyor will ensure compliance with regulatory standards and client requirements throughout all phases of project delivery.

Qualifications

• Building Surveying and Condition Surveys skills
• Experience in conducting Feasibility Studies
• Contract Management skills
• Dilapidations assessment skills
• Excellent communication and report writing skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., RICS)
• Experience in the property or construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Building Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
